At King Living Outlet, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium furniture purchase; however, due to the discounted nature of our outlet items, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery provided the items remain in their original condition.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and photos of the item to begin the return authorization process.
Receive Approval
Our quality assurance team will review your request and, if eligible, issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
Secure Packaging
Carefully repackage your furniture in its original protective wrapping to ensure it is not damaged during the transit back to our warehouse.
Inspection and Refund
Once received and inspected for quality, we will process your refund to the original payment method, minus any applicable restocking or return shipping fees.
